Refund Policy

Ticket buyers may use their Eventbrite account to manage their tickets. We allow refunds up to 14 days before the event.  Eventbrite charges a non-refundable fee for every ticket sold. Attendees will get a refund for the cost of their ticket minus the ticketing fee.

How to Request a Refund

Use the email address used to purchase the ticket.

• Log in to your Eventbrite account.

• Navigate to the "Tickets" section.

• Find the event and order you want to refund.

• Select "Request a refund" and fill out the required details.
